How do I make a booking?
The easiest way to make a booking is directly through our website on the Home page. You can only book with a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) and will be charged a 2 euro booking fee. The remaining amount is paid at reception when you arrive. If you don’t have a credit card, you can arrange to borrow it from a friend or relative, then pay for the balance in cash upon check-in. If you prefer to make a booking by phone, you can call us at +31 (0)20 627 6065. Please have your credit card ready so we can book for you directly.

How do I cancel my booking?
You can email us at hostelwarmoesamsterdam@stayforrewards.com or call +31 (0)20 627 6065. Please have your booking details ready to process your cancellation. Only when you receive a personal reply with the confirmation of your cancellation, you can be sure that your cancellation has been processed. If you cancel too late (see our Terms and Conditions), we will do our best to sell your bed. However, if that is unsuccessful we will need to charge the amount of the first night and cancel the remaining booking.

How do I change my booking?

How do I make sure I’m in the same room as my friends?
Reserve your rooms online following the normal procedures. Then contact us directly with your booking numbers (you and your friends) and explain what you would prefer. We will do our best to put you in the same room and accommodate your requests.

What is the largest size bed Hostel Warmoes Amsterdam offers?
Twin-sized bunk bed.

Can I smoke at Hostel Warmoes Amsterdam
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or anywhere in the hostel. We are centrally located near several bars with outdoor and indoor smoking areas to accommodate our guests.

What facilities and services are included in the price?

What time is check-in and check-out?
You are welcome to check-in 24 hours a day. Check-out is 10:00 (no late check-out). Rooms are cleaned and ready for guests by 14:00. If you arrive before that time, we will check you in and give you your key. You may leave your luggage with us at reception and return at a later time.

How do I book over 10 people?
Bookings for over 10 people are considered large groups and can be made by emailing or contacting us directly at hostelwarmoesamsterdam@stayforrewards.com or +31 (0)20 627 6065. For more information, please view our group bookings page.

How do I apply for a job at Hostel Warmoes Amsterdam?
You need an EU passport or valid working permit for the Netherlands. Email your CV to info@hostelwarmoesamsterdam.com and make sure the subject says JOB APPLICATION. We also accept walk-in CVs at our hostel reception.
